Pictureworks delivers guest imaging for theme parks and attractions. DayDreamer built the full flow behind it — from the moment a guest interacts, through capture, processing, and delivery, all the way to the sale — with AI doing the work that traditional imaging technology used to.
Background
Pictureworks (Pictureworks International Holdings) is a Malaysia-based provider of AI-powered digital imaging for theme parks and attractions, built on its proprietary PictureAir platform. It reports capturing memories for around 150 million guests a year across more than 30 sites in over 15 countries.
Guest photography at an attraction is a race against the guest's own itinerary: capture, process, and deliver a memory in the seconds before a family moves on to the next ride. Done the traditional way, that chain leans on physical green screens, manual editing, and staff at every handoff — slow to run and hard to scale across a park. Pictureworks wanted the whole thing rebuilt around AI instead.
