Any requirement to host in Malaysia, Singapore, or another named region must be stated before architecture is agreed so the provider, region, access controls, retention, and client legal-review responsibilities can be written into the project scope.
How much does custom AI development cost in Malaysia?
DayDreamer's initial project-intake budget bands are RM100,000–RM200,000, RM200,000–RM400,000, and RM400,000+. These are planning bands, not package prices or a published minimum quote. How long does an AI product take to build?
There is no responsible standard delivery range before the product is scoped. A focused first phase can move faster than a product with several user surfaces, complex integrations, data migration, security review, or a staged launch. We define those dependencies, the acceptance criteria, and the delivery phases first, then put the project timeline in the fixed proposal rather than promising a generic schedule that may not fit the build.
When should we buy SaaS instead?
Buy and configure SaaS when an existing product already solves most of the workflow without awkward workarounds, the process is standard, and owning the roadmap would not create an advantage. Custom development becomes more useful when the workflow is proprietary, sensitive data or permissions matter, several systems must work together, or the business needs control of the product experience and roadmap. We should recommend the simpler existing product when it is the better fit.

Handover and post-launch responsibilities are defined alongside those rights so the operating model is not left ambiguous.
