Background
Loomi (Loomi Entertainment Group Limited) is a Southeast-Asia-focused short-form vertical drama company, with operations across Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong and majority-owned by Nasdaq-listed Globavend Holdings. It launched its Loomi app in late 2025, produces AI-first through its Imaginary pipeline, and positions itself as Southeast Asia's first vertical-only microdrama platform, backed by a content partnership with COL Group.
A short-drama platform lives or dies on a steady supply of watchable episodes. Producing them the traditional way doesn't scale to the volume the format demands — so the production itself had to be AI-first, using the same Imaginary pipeline that powers the catalogue.
