We review the workload, traffic shape, current services, deployment process, observability, and cost drivers. That shows where infrastructure is over- or under-provisioned, which services are unnecessary, and whether containers, Kubernetes, or a simpler architecture are the better fit.
What can the DevOps engagement deliver?
Delivery can include cloud provisioning, container and Kubernetes architecture, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, migration, and ongoing cost and performance tuning. The exact operating responsibilities are written into the engagement before we take them on.
